USE OF THE APP
​
The User must have a mobile device with Internet access, have successfully completed the Registration. The User may operate from any mobile device on which the App has been downloaded and/or on the app's website. The User will create a profile (hereinafter, the "User ID"). The User must generate the Private Key and a one-word mnemonic key. The user may authorize Evolution to safeguard their keys through the Custody and key management services. If you do not access the password custody and administration services, the user will be exclusively responsible for the security and safekeeping of the access codes necessary for the use of the services enabled in the App.
The User authorizes Evolution to carry out the data transfers ordered by the User to send and receive transfers to and from VanQ User accounts, as well as to and from external accounts using the unique ID as a client identifier.

The User's instructions will only be valid as long as they are carried out through the use of the App, both mobile and from the Web, and any other type of instruction carried out by any other means will not be considered valid.
LIABILITY FOR DIGITAL ASSETS OWNED BY USERS
Evolution will maintain the backup of the digital assets acquired by the Users through the VanQ App available in private vaults as "Proof of Reserves", audited by a recognized entity that will verify quantity, and quality in existence, and funds _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_at sight in your name in financial entities of the Argentine Republic. USER RESPONSIBILITY

COST OF SERVICES
Evolution will determine a monthly charge for the use of the app, both mobile and web, and will not charge commissions for transactions made between users of the App. Evolution may charge the commissions generated by transfers to users outside the app and these costs will be debited. automatically in each payment or transfer operation that is ordered to Evolution by the user.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the current laws of the Argentine Republic.
Any conflict or controversy arising from the existence, validity, content, interpretation, scope or any other aspect related to the Terms and Conditions will be settled before the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction.
